Exchanges and Returns Policy

At Skinsistency, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, here’s how our return and exchange process works:

Returns:
Eligibility: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (minus shipping costs).


Exchanges:
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll happily send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Other Exchanges: At this time, we only offer exchanges for damaged/defective items. For other concerns, please request a return instead.


How to Start a Return or Exchange:

2. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.
3. Once your return is processed, we’ll confirm your refund or ship your replacement.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Sale and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
