More than just pages—this journal is a joyful ritual and sacred space to celebrate yourself daily.
Self care doesn't begin and end with your skincare routine. The Skincare Journal focuses on whole body self-care. From skincare, to cleaning your space, reading a book, or trying a new recipe; This journal is the perfect tool to lean into when you are establishing habits that support your whole body.
We believe that education is the best way to make decisions during your skincare journey. We have dedicated an entire section in The Skincare Journal for educational resources ranging from gut health, acne triggers, and comedogenic ingredients.
There will be space to fill gratitude, a to-do list of daily goals, and check-ins with mood, physical well-being and everything in between. The Skincare Journal keeps you present and accountable with the things that really matter.
So, I am one that does not journal everyday. I do, though, write everything down that might be lingering on my mind for far too long. Or I write down goals or ideas that come to mind. Sometimes writing it down will help me solidify the things I truly want/desire or once and for all get it off my chest. Lately I've found writing “love notes” or gratitude has really helped me push myself towards the bigger picture as well. Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is pick up a pen and write a note—to yourself.
A few gentle words on a page can become a quiet rebellion against doubt. Whether you're scribbling in a journal late at night or leaving a little note tucked inside your bag for the morning, you're creating something sacred: a reminder that you are worthy, even on the messy days. Especially on the messy days.
Tell yourself the things you long to hear. Celebrate the small wins, the bravery it takes just to keep going. Be your own steady hand, your own warm hug, your own whisper of "you’ve got this."
Love notes don’t always need to be grand. Sometimes they’re just one sentence: “I’m proud of you.” Sometimes they’re a list of things you’ve survived. Or a dream you’re still daring to hold. The more you write down, the more likely it is for it to come true one day.
Write it down. Keep it close. You deserve to feel loved and to achieve everything you want—especially by the one who knows you best, yourself.
Journaling has become one of my greatest joys—a space where I grow, heal, and evolve. It’s where I let everything flow, no filters, no judgment—just pure honesty. Like writing my own story, I get to be both the author and the main character, shaping each chapter with intention.
It started as a way to track my health during one of the hardest times in my life. I was barely eating, struggling in silence, and numbing my pain. But something as small as writing for a few minutes a day opened my eyes. What began as a habit turned into a lifeline—helping me process, reflect, and truly see myself.
When my dad passed away, journaling became my saving grace. In the darkest moments, it gave me a safe space to land, a way to make sense of my emotions, and a path back to myself. Over time, it became more than just words on a page—it became a way to witness my own growth, listen to my intuition, and honor my journey.
Something I once thought was so small has become one of the most powerful tools in my life. Years later, I’m here, living a life I once only dreamed of, inspiring myself with journal prompts, and continuing to evolve in ways I never imagined.
There’s something beautiful about giving yourself the space to just be—raw, real, and free to explore life through your own lens. This keeps it short but still heartfelt and impactful. Let me know if you’d like any final tweaks! 💛
